Might be too early to tell, but what the heck. So i hatched two chicks, the ones with black tips on the wings, and bought 4 at TSC. Anyhow, does anyone know what type of breed the ones with the black tips and white tips are? I'm still unsure what kind of rooster i have, its certainly not a Rhode island red, like TSC told me last year when i bought my first batch of straight run lol

If you got the rooster at TSC then I'm 99.9% sure its not a swedish flower as these are a rare breed. Did you get some of the hens at TSC as well? Some of them look like production reds to me. The roo might be a production red as well as he is white and has some resemblance to a Delaware which is often used to create production reds.

I got them all at TSC, the hens and the rooster

It does, i think the rooster is a Swedish flower hen, and the majority of hens are Rhode island reds. So the 2 i hatched, black tips, should be a combination, they look a lot like Swedish flower chicks currently
No rir in photos shown.
Chicks you hatched are barnyard mixes.

I believe you are referring to red sex links, they are different from production reds....rooster is neither.

They look like Red Sex-links to me. Or at least the rooster. I don't see anything indicating that any of them are actually Rhode Island Reds. The hens appear to be some sort of production-type layer, like Red Sex-link except there is a lot of pattern in those feathers. It's possible they are Calico Princess? I'm not current and up to date on the newer production birds the hatcheries are churning out.

I'm not sure if your location gets their birds from hoovers hatchery but that's the hatchery TSC sells from online. Take a look at their birds on hoover's website. They have a lot of production red varieties. I'd say you have cinnamon queens and calico princess. They sell both delawares and silver laced wyandottes either of which if crossed with a red rooster could give your rooster's patterning. If that's the case your baby chicks are cute little mutts :)
