What breed are these?

Does anyone know what breed these are? They're very young, they all still have some down.

They look like Black Swedish to me. Very nice breed. I have 2 Blue Swedish.

Saw them at a public park today at Buckeye Lake in Ohio. It bummed me out a bit because I feel like someone probably dumped them there and they seem so young. You could tell they wanted to approach people but I did see a kid chasing them earlier so I bet they're a little traumatized now, they wouldn't get too close to me but looked like they expected food.

That happens all too often and it's really sad. Most cases, people get them not knowing how much work they are and end up dumping them off either not knowing they're domestic and can't fend for themselves in the wild or just don't care.
