Thinking of buying a couple pullets (16-20 weeks old) but not sure if should. She claims these are black marans and zombies. I'm new to chickens so not sure if they are even the right breeds but wrong color? I thought maybe blue marans which I'd be ok with (though would love a black) but when I asked her she flat out said they are black marans. I know very little bout zombie chickens but the colors look right. Just wanting to know if she's telling wrong breeds to sell them or if correct breeds wrong color (for maran)? Not sure I want to get if none are what she says they are.
