What breed are these

I bought some chickens at the auction this last weekend and I do not remember what they are. Can you help?

So what do I have?

The top one looks like a rhode island red rooster (RIR). I can't see the rest of the chickens clear enough to identify.

I also purchased pullets at auction. They seem to be between 17 and 20 weeks old. I have no idea what they are as these are my first girls. Can anyone help me identify? NO one is laying yet. I know it is too soon, but I am excited and cannot wait.
