Yeah that is a rooster. The comb is fairly red, has three rows of 'peas', and I think I see some red leakage on the wings?, and only roosters get that.

That isn't necessarily true, I have had a EE hen red leakage before but the males are the ones who tend to have it.

Do you see the red streaks on your Easter Eggers wing? Some have that some also have that but it is more like patches then leakage.
