Help!! None are laying I would guess all about 12-16 weeks :/ x

Are her feathers normal (not soft/fluffy)? Either a Silkie or a Silkie mix. I can't tell for sure from the photo. Pullet, probably.
Either a Black Silkie or a Black Silkie mix. Pullet.
Silkie mix.Pullet.
Buff Laced Polish. Leaning towards cockerel, but not certain.

We need clearer photos of the first two in order to make an accurate guess as to their breed. However, I think that the first three are Silkie mixes and the last one is a Buff Laced Polish. The first birds look older than 12-16 weeks, though it can be hard to tell the age of chickens (especially Silkies). When you got them, what did they look like (were they chicks, etc.)?

As for why they aren't laying, there are many possibilities. The most likely is that they are simply too young. Also, daylight hours are decreasing many places in the world, which discourages the laying of young pullets. Or, they might be stressed out because of something (predators, etc.). If you are unsure of the age, it is also possible that at least the top three are old and past their laying prime. Lastly, there is the slight possibility that not all of them are hens--Silkies and Silkie mixes can be very difficult to sex.

Thank you. I will try and get a better picture of Henny and penny in the morning. I hope lightening isn't a boy :( she is a frizzle. I don't know If that is maybe why her crest looks my boyish? X
