What breed are we?

I was given some eggs by an old lady. She said they were bantams. But I have no clue what breed or if they are bantams. Here is a pic of one. I think they are about 10 weeks old.

Ditto look's like barred to me also.Dominique also have somewhat same color pattern.I had an older lady gets some birds from me once and she thought my crele phoenix standard's were dominque.But my guess are barred.

Ok great. Yea I got a dominicker also. I had two hens and a roo but went to check em this morning and my too was dead. Would a 4 month old roo kill a younger one. It made me upset that I found him dead. They've been in the same pen for about two weeks. So I don't know why ge would have just turned on him.

I was think barred rock but wasn't sure. Also at what age can I tell if try are actually bantams or standard. Bc I'm wanting to get some more eggs so I can get a roo for em.
