I got 3 of these girls at tractor supply just over 2 weeks ago. The worker thought they were amberlinks but wasnt sure. Anyone have an opinion of what they are?

It is hard to tell what color the chicks are with the red brooder light on. Can you take another photo without the red light. The color of the chicks is one of the only clues as they have no other markings. Good luck with your new additions!

Well I will quote the "expert" from my local Tractor Supply, "They just bring us the chicks and we put them in the bins." So don't rely on what anyone from there has told you just like you shouldn't really expect a teenager working for Taco Bell is going to be an expert in mexican cuisine. I saw some Plymouth White Rocks at my local TSC if that helps.

Thanks. I am super new to this site. Ill find my way around someday.
Um, good luck with that! I've been here awhile and I still find surprises here at BYC. I could stay on here for hours....oh, wait...I DO stay on here for hours. And you can do that and still not read the same posts or threads twice! Amazing!

I was at our TSC today and they had either red pullets or white leg horn....perhaps yours are leghorns? The leghorns were yellow chicks and the "red pullets" were more orangish.
