So I went to my first poultry show yesterday and fell in love with lots of different breeds. One was the Cochin and another looks just like it but much larger. Anyone know know what breed that is? I picked up a Porcelain (show quality) and she's such a sweet heart, I just love her. I'm going to get her a run and coop all for her self and get her a Porcelain roo of show quality. Should I put in another hen with them? If I do it'll probably be a hen that lays a different colored egg than the Porcelain so I can tell their eggs apart.

Porcelain is a variety (colour), not a breed. A number of breeds come in porcelain.

If s/he knows that one was a bantam cochin and a much larger one looked just like it, lf cochin seems more likely.
