What breed do I have?

I took this photo last summer. Here is one of my roosters with his two hens and their pullet and young rooster they hatched earlier that year. Can you identify this breed?

They are Old English Game Bantams. The color is either Millie Fleur or Spangled or both. I'm sure some expert will tell us.

First what color are the earlobes?
If there White then I would say that they were Dutch.
If there Red then I would say that they were Old English Game Bantams..

There not Spangled. I think that they might be a cross of two colors.
