If he's a roo I would think he would have crowed by now. He is also very skittish around me. He/she is so pretty I don't want to get rid of him Do all roos crow???

Definitely a roo, look at the pointy sickle and saddle feathers. I am surprised he hasn't crowed, but he is still for sure a roo.
