She (or he) looks a lot like a Silkie Americana mix I use to have.

My mistake. She doesn't have feather legs. Could very well have Ameraucana or EE in it. Likely a mix of mixes. Who knows how it got the crest though? Could still have Silkie, but it would be quite distant.
