This baby was given to me with another chick found by a friend. What breed, gender do you think? tail is up, quite perky.

I believe it's a White Frizzle Cochin. But could you get a comb picture?
Too young for gender so update in a few more weeks.

That is a single comb.
So I do think it's a White Frizzle Cochin.

Does look like a frizzle cochin to me.
Also looks like a cockerel.
