What breed/gender is my chick?

So I believe I have a rooster? It’s tail is very large and the crown is developing a lot faster than all the other ones it’s age but it’s still really small. It’s a bantam tho, so I think that’s normal? But I don’t know what breed it is, someone help me out please

it looks just like my female 4 week old chicks but with a bit longer tail but that might just be the breed.

Looks like a Silver Duckwing something, possibly a Phoenix, with those slate legs?

Thinking cockerel, but with this color variety, you need to pay attention to the chest plumage. If feathers are coming in black, cockerel. If they're salmon/red, pullet.
