Peacomb and feathered feet sound like an Olive Egger.

If she's not laying yet she ought to be soon as bright as her comb and wattles are and you'll know then.

Mt Healthy Hatchery sells an Olive Egger that is a first generation cross from "Black Copper Marans, Welsummers and Ameraucanas". I think it's almost certain that your bird is a Black Copper Marans/Ameraucana cross. That would account for the feathered legs and fluffy cheeks. (https://www.mthealthy.com/birds/olive-egger)
