what breed has feather coloring like this?

i got them from a local person who had all their chickens free ranging together so it could be anything as he had alot of breeds, i love the color on it tho it is nice no matter what breed i just hope its a pullet

My hatchery OEG has wings like that, looks like they want to be striped, but couldn't snag the gene, if that makes sense.
