What breed has feathers just on the front of the legs?

We have eight mixed breed chicks. Buff orpington roo and "whatever else is in the coop" according to the owner who gave us the eggs. There's def some EE in there. Two of the eggs were little and round--are these from a bantam breed? One the chicks from a little egg has feathers on its legs but just a little line of them. I've seen the cochins with feather covered legs and feet. So would a cross result in just a few feathers?

We got the eggs from the neighbor of a relative. I hope to visit some time and see the parents of my chickies.

i have some cochin mixes and sometimes they do feather much less on the legs
