Can you tell me what breed my roo Goliath is? was so big and beautiful i couldnt pass him up but i am kinda stumpped on what he is?!?!

awsome thanks now i have somewhere to start!! he is HUGE and yes he is molting and is young a few neck feathers is all he seems to be missing and his tail is green!!
