its probably a Rhode Island White/Mexcican Bantam breed.

So, thanks for the suggestions, but I know who Jasper's parents were and they were purebred RIR. (We rescued Jas form our neighbor who had three other large roos)

Is he just genetically white?

Not to stir up trouble but I've seen that picture you posted as a RIR roo. That roo is a Red Sex Link roo (he's a blend of Rhode Island Red and White Rock), not RIR.

The second picture is of a red sex link rooster with red sex link hens. Beat your drum however loudly you want-he is still not a Rhode Island Red rooster.

Go back to Providence Acres and read the whole article- "a blend of Rhode Island red and white rock"

I second that motion. He is a very handsome red sex link rooster, I did some research a while back. I would be very proud to have him, if you don't want him, I'll take him!
