What breed is he?

I know he is frizzle and I know he’s a boy as he’s crowing all the time.
he is 4 months old.

I have 19 other hens with him.
Is it possible for roosters to be nice? He was hatched and raised with my flock but worry he could be mean although he isn’t yet.
any suggestions on keeping a rooster along with any ideas of breed would be super!

I don't know breed, but I did want to asker this question.

YES! Absolutely! Most roosters aren't aggressive if you know how to keep them. All the roosters I've ever had were the sweetest little potatoes in the world. Also 19 hens should be plenty, so hopefully overbreeding shouldn't be an issue, although he may end up with a favorite.

It's absolutely possible for them to be nice. Just make sure that you dont try to baby him and spoil him. He needs to respect you. He should move away from you if you move toward him.

He's a mixed breed. Maybe part Buff Orpington due to white skin. They're probably the most common breed with that trait
