What breed is he

This cockerel is now 9 1/2 weeks old and I have no idea what breed he is I was told when I bought him at a day old that he was a female legbar, but he’s certainly not that does anyone know what he could be?

He's a cross of some sort - possibly a silkie or Polish cross. If he has five toes on each foot, he's a silkie cross.

Do you have a side view of him? I’m guessing he’s maybe a Polish or Legbar cross.

Most likely a Legbar mixed with a Silkie, as touched on above.
