What breed is he?

I got him from the bantam bin in TSC about 2 months ago. Anybody know what breed he is? Thanks.

I got 3 chicks just like it at TSC here in Michigan in the bantam bin.....so they must be bantams, right? These are the first chicks I've ever had so I know nothing. Hope someone gives us the right answer:
