What Breed is he???

Got this year and a half old rooster as a freeby and have no idea what he is! Can someone help me out?? He's not very big at all, the same size as all my 3-4 month old Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, White Rocks, and Amber Sex Links. Nice bird, seems very docile with all the other birds, even the cockerals! Help!

Barred Rock , he kinda looks a little big for a bantam, Maybe he's not as old as you was told, just malnourished

Thanks guys! I wanted to put him in the fair coming up with a couple of my other chickens but I have no idea what he is!! I need to figure out what he is in the next two days to enter him!!
