What breed is he?

    Last year the wife brought home 8 chicks of various breeds,half turned out to be RIR roosters JG rooster and a white colorful one.This is out of an egg i hatched from them,he is a mix of most likely a RIR he looks exactly the same as dad.All the chicks were supposed to be pure breeds but did not know what kind.Thank's for the help

    You know i did have an ee egg hatch,i bet that is it. Do yours have a green tail feathers or did i get that from rir?

    The comb looks like a straight comb bird mixed with a pea or rose comb, so one parent could have been an easter egger. Basically, you have a fine barnyard mix rooster.

    Yeah that's it, Dad had a big straight comb but i cant remember about feet color
