what breed is he?

here is my pigeon, locally we call them "Choye Chandan". but we don't know their original name. it is a breed, and their are many pigeons same like that. if any one know plz tell me what breed is he? they have golden face neck and whole body is dark grey or black.

I never seen a bird like that before.
I wish I could be of more help.
I do not have a clue as to what breed the pigeon may be.
