What breed is he??

Hi hoping someone could tell me what breed this little guy is. I'm having the hardest time figuring him out. Rose comb, clean legged, bantam. He doesn't normally stand real tall, I was making sounds at him in the last 2 pics. Thanks do much!

I thought he was a sebright too but couldn't find anything about them coming in that coloring. I got him at tractor supply, I had got six bantys the week before and saw him with 4 other black banty chicks in the barrel, and the 4 were being so mean to him attacking him and yanking his little tiny wings so I talked the tractor supply employee into letting me buy just him because I had more at home. (They have a 6 chick minimum) and the guy saw how bad of shape he was in and put him in a box and just gave him to me. So even tho I'm not big on roosters, I am to attached to find him a new home.
