What breed is Holly?

Hi guys! So, a while ago I ordered some new chicks. They are four EEs and one surprise chick... well, the odd one out is my sweet little Holly. Any idea what she (hopefully she) is? I think she is a barred rock, but not sure.

She looks like a Barred Rock to me And a beautiful one at that, congratulations! Also, I'm pretty sure it's a pullet.

Yep. I'd say you got yourself a lovely Barred Rock pullet. Though there are also Barred Hollands, who look exactly like Barred Rocks, including having a red earlobe, but they lay white eggs, and aren't very common, so I doubt she's one of those.
