What breed is Little Man?

Is there any chance he is silkie and seabright? I didn't raise him,but he wasn't crowing yet when I got him about two months ago. Maybe he's a foot tall,standing like he is in photos and weighs 1 1\2 lbs.

Could be, but there is no real way to be certain. There are no breed DNA tests for chickens.

Its possible I suppose, but there is no way to know for sure.

LOL  - or the OP is counting the spur on a 5 toed bird as a "toe", which does happen sometimes in folks unfamiliar with them

I've had silkies before and he does in fact have a extra toe and his spur.

Thank you for putting this up. I read it and that's what his feet look like. Thanks again for everyone's help.

He could pass for sebright cross by type, however sebrights have henny feathering which is dominant. He has quite a bit of rooster type feather so maybe not sebright cross for this reason. However it is not rare for "henny cross"(or not pure for the Henny gene) to show varying degrees of rooster feathering as cockerels and then molt out totally hen feathered after one year old. If that happens, then he probably is sebright cross.

Can't see his comb very good at all, too far and blurry. The reason for this comment is because sebrights have rose comb, so do silkies.. if he does not have rose comb then that is a further hit against the idea of sebright cross.

Silkies are walnut combed
