What breed is my big rooster?

Was sold to me as a sapphire gem from Tractor supply. I read somewhere that they tend to use the name sapphire gem for a bunch of different breeds. The chick was solid black, which doesn’t add up to a gem. Someone then told me he is a production blue. Not sure if he is that either because their chicks aren’t solid black. Though he does look like a production blue now but his feet and legs don’t match the description of a PB. Any thoughts on what this beast of a bird is?

im not sure about the roosters, but the three yellow chicks look like golden buffs, and the one with the pom pom head is a buff laced polish. the black one is maybe an australorp or a maran

The yellow chicks are sex-linked and the puff is a buff laced polish. They are 12 weeks now. The roo is in the first pick now showing more of his adult feathers
