What breed is my blind hen?

Hey, I'm curious what breed this is? Someone said Sapphire Gem, someone else said Leghorn mix, which makes sense except i had another chicken who looked very similar and they were completely unrelated. We got them from different places at completely different times, which makes me think it's a common breed. Here's some pics of Pinky, the blind hen I want to ID

She looks like a sapphire gem, but her comb is floppy. What color legs does she have?

Her legs are whitish-pinkish-beige. And I think her comb is floppy because she is malnourished. We adopted her four months ago, and she seems to be having trouble absorbing the nutrients, even with lots of supplements
