What breed is my chick

I was wondering if someone can tell me what kind of chick I have. I bought some Blue Andalusion chicks from a guy. They are all blue splash and they all have blue legs except one. One has white legs. No blue tint and no green tint. Just white legs. I called the guy who sold them to me and he says he has no idea. It is a blue splash something I just don't know what. Help please. Thanks .
