Hard to say - Im never good at getting a chickens breed at such an early stage. But it looks like there is some sort of partridge action going on there.

I think it is a Welsummer - The leghorns often start to have nicely sized combs by now, and Partridge rocks should have more uniform of pattern.

I have 3 almost 5 week old EE chicks right now, and she looks EXACTLY like them.

Except, I just noticed the yellow legs. Not sure about that, but I swear, I am looking at my chicks when I look at that picture!

I agree with Welsummer, Partridge Rock, or Brown Leghorn. All three of these look very similar as chicks. I am thinking Welsummer. If it is a Brown Leghorn it should start developing white ears pretty soon. My two (1 year old) don't have the redish chest feathers. My Partridge rock is only 2 - 3 weeks old and so I can use it for comparison yet.

It might be a few more weeks before you can confidently figure out what breed it is.

I don't know about the other 2 breeds, but she sure looks like my Danish Brown Leghorns from Ideal...they are born with that chipmunk stripe, and have the reddish breast feathers and yellowish neck feathers.

Here's a pic when they were young, a Danish Brown on the far left...the 2 similar hens in the middle are EE's...

I want to narrow my three choices down to 2.

I agree with Illia - - - there should be more of a partridge pattern showing - - -

SO I say Welsmmer or Brown leghorn.
