What breed is my chicken?

I've been wading through the internet for a while now and cant seem to find the perfect match.
She lays white, small eggs, has grey bluey legs and red eyes.
Also in the sun light her black feathers go a bright hue of green, not sure if that helps.

(p.s. in the photos her wing feathers have been severely over cut, but she was like that when I got her and they just haven't grown back to normal for some reason)

Looks like a mixed breed bantam--maybe some game but the body doesn't look right for a full game. She's cute!
