What breed is my chickens?

I have a hen and a rooster that i had gotten from a family member when they were only a few months old, she told me they are silkie mixed but not sure what they are mixed with. My hen started laying and i plan to incubate the eggs here soon and want a general idea of what the chicks might hatch out and look like?
The hen is smaller, feather footed with 5 toes while the rooster has feathered feet and 4 toes and he is smaller as well. I attached some photos, the picture of the rooster is pretty recent and the picture of the hen is from when i first got them so she has filled out a lot since the picture was taken.

Welcome to BYC. Chicks will be bantam sized, feather legged, multi colored, and may hive 5 toes. They will also be smooth feathered.

Or what do you think the parents are? I've been googling for months and can not figure it out lol. Which is why i decided to join this forum so i can get others feedback for help. My husband's aunt says they are half silkie but what does it look to you like they could be mixed with? Silkie and what else?

She is very small, she comes up some above my ankle but not much and she's about 8 months old.

I also have a naked neck silkie roo, that I'm hoping i get some eggs from this hen from him, what would you think they would look like?

half of them would be silkie feathered and half would have smooth feathers. You should also get some bowties from them, maybe regular necks too, depending on the rooster's genetics
