I know the white ones are just meat chickens but I got some brown egg layers but no clue what breed yet

To early to guess on some of them but you shouldn't have them on cedar. It's bad for their resp. system. Pine or Aspen shavings are recommended.

it looks like you have Cedar shavings their, Cedar is deadly to baby chicks

they used the Cedar shaving for 9 hours to be exact till I got to the store the next morning and bought more pine shaving
