What breed is my chocolate chicken??

I just took this photograph. I put white papertowelling behind her in hopes that it will bring out her coloring....

I will leave the color debate to others, but from what i see, I'd say the breed is Cochin (or at the very least a cochin cross).

I might be able to get a better photo this week-end. i'll take one outside. Currently I've had to use my computer. The coloring on the computer taken photographs do not show how chocolate she really is...

She's definitely not a chocolate. I would say, not a purebred blue?

I see a blue bird with old feathers that are preparing to molt. Maybe there is some leakage, but she is not considered a true chocolate as in having the chocolate gene.

For reference I found what was labled a " Medium Chocolate Old English. You can clearly see the chocolate color.

I see the chocolate in your paper towel pic......she doesn't look blue to me. I have a bantam EE that is dark chocolate with gold lacing feathers that start at the top of her neck and continue down her neck...pics always make her look washed out.
