Plus the Blue in his wings is not correct for Appleyard either. It's too dark. Common for Welsh Harlequin Drakes..

That’s what I suspected because the other one is MUCH bigger and they are same age.. the other one is DEF a Pekin. This one is developing buff feathers and walls upright a lot. They are both sweethearts! So in love with them! Thanks!
