What Breed is my duck?

I have Peking and one of the hatchlings this year has 5 black tail feathers! Thought Peking were all white. But not always. So cute though. Nice duck you have.

i dont understand what you mean , is cronkles the red bumps on the face? if so what age does that start? and what is scovy? Thanks

It's an odd word, and I think, though it is pronounced something like cronkles, you can search for it online as caruncles. It's the red skin around the face of Muscovy ducks. Muscovies are a different kind of duck, not closely related to the mallard-derived ducks, which is all the rest of them!

If a mallard-derived duck (like Pekin) breeds with a Muscovy, the offspring cannot produce viable offspring. They can lay eggs, but won't develop properly. Like horses and donkeys produce mules.
