What breed is my frizzle?

We recently got a bantam frizzle but I’m not sure what breed he is. Any guesses?? Also is there a chance he might be frazzled/curly? His feathers aren’t soft at all, they’re almost hard sometimes.

He's a mixed breed. His frizzling does seem extreme.

Thanks for the reply. I have some smooth feathered Pekin Bantam hens, so would it be safe to breed him with them even if his frizzling ends up frazzled/curly?
