What breed is my hen?

We purchased her last spring at our local Tractor Supply. I cannot remember the name of her breed , but I am wanting to purchase more of these hens because she lays extremely large eggs. They are twice the size of my barred rocks. Thanks in advance!

I would say she is a Sapphire gem, especially if she came from TSC.

What color eggs does she lay?
If brown eggs, then she's probably a Sapphire Gem, like Wezdin said.
But is she lays white eggs, then she's something else--maybe a Blue Andalusian.
And blue or green eggs would be some kind of Easter Egger.

She lays huge brown eggs. They are so big I can’t even close my egg cartons lol
