What breed is my hen?

She’s 16 weeks old and noticeably bigger than the rest of my chickens, she can stand quite tall her neck raises up

Where did you get it? Is it supposed to be purebred? Breeds that come to mind are Orpington, Jersey giant, and langshan as it appears to have some feathers on it's legs?
 
The head favors the shape of one a brahma might have. The body-type is more Orpington. Sooo, Im gonna say she’s a mixed breed :)
 
The tail is what's throwing me. I'd say Blue Langshan and 'something' else mixed. Although the Brahma guess is solid as well. Based on the size of her feet- I think you're going to have a sturdy girl- especially if she's Brahma instead of Langshan.
