What breed is my little bantam rooster?

He started out as a dove gray chick from a SR bantam batch. Eventually I knew he was a rooster but I do not know what breed. His legs are gray/blue.
He is developing a few blackish feathers now with a couple black spots on each wing. I would like to get some hens to match him but I do not know his breed and this is the best photo I have just now. He has and upright tall that is beginning to show signs of having longish top feathers. I call him Grayson.

It's difficult to be sure without seeing a full body picture. My guess is that he's a blue or splash old English game bantam.

The color is off, the color is light gray with darker gray feathers beginning t grow. I am hoping he is a true blue, but either way I would like to get him some little hens that are his breed.
