What breed is my little guy

Since starting my new adventure of owning chickens I bought a journal to keep track of things and records for my chickens. Looking back at what the tag at the farm store said he was supposed to be I know he’s not! But I don’t know what he is. He’s really small, about half the size of my hens and supposedly he’s a Plymouth barred rock. Can anyone help? Thanks

Maybe a cross/mix because I thought Silver Sussex roo but he has a different leg colour. Although silver penciled rock seems very promising.

also bantam. Most chicken breeds also come in bantam size.

I thought silver Sussex at first too but I think everyone is right with the silver penciled. I guess that’s a win for me!
