Hello! About a year ago I walked into tractor supply and they had their chicks. Regardless what I say "no more chicks this year" I always end up with some.
Well this little rooster, was only about the size of a quarter when I got him. I honestly didn't think he would survive, but I had to have him! He is also a very interesting fellow. He sit on eggs, and does the "song" after he gets out of a nest box but doesn't lay any eggs.... also, he cock a doodle doos. He does not go after hens, nor do the other roosters go after him, but when a too is on a hen, he will jump and kick the rooster off them.
We call him teeny tiny, as he is still the smallest chicken I have. We just have no clue what breed he is!
