What breed is my pullet

I got a pullet from a friend and we are not completley sure what breed she is!!!!!! She is grey with feathers in her feet......pretty quiet.....no fancy feather mohawk....does anyone know what breed this is????????

On the reply toolbar there is a mountain picture. Click that and download the picture from your picture folder and it will do the rest. It's about the easiest one on any forum I have been on.

First click "Reply" to open a Reply box. After you have opened the Reply box, just click the little icon of some black mountains just to the right of the paper clip in the icon bar at the top of the reply box? Clicking on the black mountains icon will let you post a picture.

Too late, we have a racoon problem. This time, no body was found, just some grey feathers.

I'm sorry for your loss. Racoons are notorious predators of chickens unless their coops and runs are made predator proof (double action bolts or locks, and hardware cloth).
