Because of his muffs around his face and his greenish legs, not a pure Amerucana because their legs are slate colored blue but when you mix and Amerucana with another breed, the legs become more of a green and you get an EE!

Not true. The green legs are caused by yellow skin under the 'slate' wash. Ameraucana have white skin and it's dominant. You will not get green legged chicks from an Ameraucana cross.
Most Easter Eggers are not mixed breeds. They simply haven't been selectively bred to meet a specific breed standard.
