What breed is my rooster

Both of his parents are red shavers. He is 1 of 3 eggs that hatched in the others one is big and black/metallic and the other little and red (all 3 roosters). But he is bigger then any chicken we have a is a nice light grey with orange areas. (all chicks he has fathered are about his size too). I have looked up chicken breed and nothing looks close enough to him.

If both his parents are mixed breed sex links, than it's a mixed breed.

He is a mixed breed. But I dont believe you have the parentage quite right....red shavers are hybrids, not a breed....based on red sex linking...breeding one to another should not yield these results. Bear in mind that a hen will set any egg she can so the egg from which he hatched my not have been from the hen you thought
