What breed is my rooster?

This is my rooster he was a rescue from neglect (I got him along with 9 other chickens) but the one neglecting them got them as a gift from a friend who was a breeder all the other chickens were purebred but I am having difficulties identifying his breed. The breed doesn't really matter and I wouldn't care if he was a mixed breed but I am wanting to enter a local poultry show and I don't know how to fill out his form
This 1st pic is when I had just gotten him(he looks a lot different) the 2nd where he is being held was more recent

Mixed.
I wouldn't suggest entering a mixed breed in a poultry show, unless he looked almost identical to a certain breed.
