What breed is One Eyed Jack?

One Eyed Jack is a beautiful rooster who basically lives wild in the woods by my house. These pictures were taken from a distance - since he's not too crazy about people - so some of them are a little blurry. I tried to include enough views to let you see all of his defining characteristics.

He likes to hang with my flock when they free range, and i'm just curious what breed he is.

I don't know if you can see it in the pictures, but his legs are tinged sort of green. And in size, he's somewhat smaller - somewhat shorter limbs - than my rir 21 week cockerel.

With green legs I'd say EE

*sigh* Not every unknown chicken with green legs is an EE. With that gigantic tail and a single comb? No WAY he's an EE. (small chance of being an EE cross, but highly unlikely.)

ANYway, he reminds me of a Partridge something-or-the-other- pop around on Feathersite enough and you'll probably find out what he is, if you're curious enough.
