What breed is rooster?

What breed is this rooster? He did have dark green tail feathers at one time but I think our male Guinea pulled them out. I think he is a RIR. Thanks for the replies.

He looks like a production red or some other sort of cross

He's a mixed breed. He may have some Rhode Island back in the gene pool a ways, but those dark legs and the black on his body speak to mixed blood.
